At The Luxury Soap Company, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Because our products are intended for personal use on the skin, we follow the policies below to ensure quality, safety, and fairness.


RETURNS

We accept returns only on unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos of the product and packaging to our email.
We will replace the item or issue store credit at no cost to you.


CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS

All custom, personalized, or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon arrival.


REFUNDS

Once returned items are received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or special-order items
